Lydia Mae founded The Variety Section as a way to showcase the variety of fashion trends we see from the runway to the streets. How we dress describes who we are. We see what we like and learn how to wear it. Street style is an inspiration to embrace trends at our own temperature. The Variety Section is a home where you can scroll among styles and learn how to adorn yourself with fashion in your own flavor.
While working as a plus-size model and pursuing a passion in design, Lydia also loves photography and thrift shopping. You can usually find her rummaging through vintage shops scouring for deals and fashion finds. Her photography has also been a highlight in her life. In 2015, an image of hers was selected to be featured in The Louvre Museum in France.
Lydia's styling and photography have been featured in variety of press and publications, a few which include:
- MITH MAGAZINE
- THE LOURVE MUESUM
- WCCO NEWS
- KARE 11 NEWS
- PIONEER PRESS
- STAR TRIBUNE
